Setting up the device type

Setting up the correct device type ensures that the data from the scale can be read correctly. The type corresponds to the manufacturer. If you, for example, connect the scale device to a Radwag scale, make sure to chose radwag as the device type.

Setting the device type in the scale application

1. The scale type setting can be changed in two screens

   1. Start Screen

      1. Click on the three lines in the top left corner of the screen

      2. Click on Settings

      3. Select the device type

      4. Click Save

   2. Weigh in screen

      1. Click on the three dots on the top right corner of the screen

      2. Click on Settings

      3. Select the device type

      4. Click Save

Setting the device type in the web application

1. Log into Cannavigia Web

2. On the top right, click on your profile picture and select Integrations

3. Click on Manage Scales

4. Under Actions of the scale you want to set the device type, click on Edit

5. Select the device type

6. Click Save
