What is the Legal Info section?

The Legal Info section allows you to access and update all key regulatory information about your club. This includes data you may have entered during the initial onboarding setup, such as club identity, board members, production estimates, and facility details.

How do I access Legal Info?

1. In the left-side menu, go to Club

2. Click “Legal Info”

What can I edit in the Legal Info section?

You can review and update the following blocks:

Club Details

• Club name

• Phone number

• Club email

• Address

• Register court & number

• Upload:

  • Safety and protective measures

  • Club statutes

  • Membership Fee Regulations

  • Direct debit mandate

  • Permit application

  • Permit

Expected Production

• Cannabis production (g/year)

• Cannabis dispensing (g/year)

• Hashish production (g/year)

• Hashish dispensing (g/year)

Facility

• Main address

• Additional location info

• Size of expected cultivation area

• Type of area (Indoor / Greenhouse / Outdoor)

• Additional facility address details

Prevention Officer

• Full name

• Date of birth

• Address

• Email

• Phone number

• Local addiction counselling centre

• Upload:

  • Health and youth protection concept

  • Counselling and prevention knowledge

Members

• Expected number of members

Board Members

• View and manage members assigned as board members

To add someone here, they must already be registered as a club member.

  • Additional address details (e.g., building name, floor, etc.)

When should I update Legal Info?

It’s important to keep this section up to date:

• When your club’s production changes

• If a new prevention officer is appointed

• When facility locations change

• After board member updates

• Before submitting annual reports for compliance
