How can I add a new employee?
To add someone as an employee, the person must first be registered as a member.
Follow these steps:
Go to the Members section
Click the three dots (⋮) next to the desired member and select View
Scroll to the Employment and Certifications section
Click Edit to open the employment modal
In the Add Employment Details modal, fill out:
Member is employed (checkbox)
Employment type
Job description
Start date
Monthly salary (in Euros)
Certification (upload supporting document)
Click Save. The member will now appear in the Employees section.
How can I edit an employee’s details?
Employee details can be edited at any time:
Go to Members > View member profile
Scroll to Employment and Certifications
Click Edit and update the relevant information
Can non-members be employees?
No. All employees must be registered as members of the club.
Only members can be assigned roles within the club, including employment.
