Creating a report

Within the Cannavigia system, you are able to generate a number of different types of reports based on the information you enter on the software throughout your cultivation. These reports can be very useful in terms of analyzing waste, area management, equipment maintenance as well as IoT data and plant certificates.

To create a report, go to the Reports page (Quality > Reports).

• Click on the green button + Create report. The Create a report dialog box opens.

• Enter a Name for the report.

• Select the Type of report. Currently, the following report types can be created:

  • Waste

  • Area

  • Equipment

  • IoT data

  • Disposal

  • Plant material batch certificate

• Once a report Type has been selected, a list of all areas, equipment or disposal options appears, depending on the type of report. In this list, one or more entries can be selected to narrow down the data for the report.

• Determine the period based on the Start date and the End date.

• Click the Save button to generate the report.

• It will now appear in the Reports page (Quality > Reports).
